The Emphatic Scale - number 07
The Emphatic scale encompasses various dimensions of empathy. In this work, my emphasis lies on the intricate process of acknowledging and responding to my emotions from the preceding day, thereby establishing multiple layers of action and response.
I exhibited this painting at several fairs in 2024, and many viewers asked, “How did you make the circles?” Hint - it’s not about the circles, its color, movement, and whatever is going on with me emotionally on a given day.
